After a full roof inspection has been completed, one of our friendly estimators will be able to determine the condition of your roof (existing tiles, bedding, pointing, gutters, downpipes and associated roof items*) and what is required to be done to ensure it is safe and secure.

* Associated roof items can include: wind masters, skylights, flashings.

Tiled Roofs (Concrete Tile, Terracotta, Decromastic)

A full Restoration is not always necessary so repairs can be carried out as required.

These repairs can include: (replacement or repair)

Iron roofs (Colorbond, Corrugated Iron, Trim Deck, and all Profiles)

With iron roofs, the roof is checked for loose screws and rusting on the sheets - whether it be in the joints (very common in the older homes where the average length of galvanised sheets were approximately 2400mm) or surface rust.

Asbestos

Asbestos roofs can either be replaced or resurfaced with repairs being done. If we resurface the roof: once the encapsulation has been done, repairs can be done to the existing sheets (this will depend on the amount of deterioration on the existing sheets).
